Limited Warranty Policy

All products sold are warranted by DAPCO against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one year after the date of purchase from DAPCO, unless otherwise stated. Any part which is determined by DAPCO to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to DAPCO, shipping cost prepaid, will be repaired or replaced at DAPCO’s option.

This warranty does not apply if, in the judgment of DAPCO, the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse. DAPCO disclaims any liability for product defect claims due to misapplication, or improper product selection for a particular purpose.

Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. DAPCO’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the price of the product.

No language in any document provided to DAPCO by the Purchaser shall serve to amend, modify on eliminate any of the above disclaimers.
